RESEARCH TOPIC

As a plant biochemist, I study how plants adjust their metabolism during developmental processes and in response to a fluctuating environment by extensively exploiting metabolomics to a range of plant species including crops (tomato, maize, wheat, sunflower, Arabidopsis). My current research at INRAE Bordeaux particularly focuses on redox metabolism and its quantitative integration to plant performance (e.g. development, stress responses). For more information please visit our Metabolism Team Homepage.

Petriacq-Redox

As an Associate Professor, I teach biochemistry and plant biology at the University of Bordeaux. I am also the scientific director of Bordeaux Metabolome, a facility dedicated to metabolomics of plants and plant-derived products, and involved in the French Infrastructure in Metabolomics and Fluxomics MetaboHUB.
