I am currently a Bioinformatics engineer in the Virology team. I work on plant viral metagnomics. I perform HTS data analysis using the virAnnot pipeline ( for which I have developed an OTU assignment method.
In addition to data processing, I also develop semantic web solutions to integrate heterogeneous biological data (from different databases) to query and visualise them.
