THEMES DE RECHERCHE

Les programmes de recherche que je développe relèvent principalement du domaine de la Biologie du Développement des Plantes. Ils concernent l’organogenèse du fruit et de la fleur, avec pour modèle principal, la tomate. Il s’agit plus particulièrement d’étudier les relations entre les programmes génétiques du développement de la fleur et du fruit et la signalisation hormonale. Dans ce contexte, nous appréhendons plus particulièrement la régulation des phénomènes de dégradation des protéines qui occupent des positions-clés dans les processus développementaux. Nous testons également la potentielle implication de ces mécanismes dans la régulation des interactions plantes-pathogènes.
