I am in charge of better understanding the ‘ecophysio-genetic’ mechanisms of the adaptive response of fruit trees to climate change. I therefore implement genetic diversity analyses, quantitative genetics (GWAS, QTLs), as well as multi-omics analyses and innovative phenotyping. My goal is to link the work on modeling/predicting the behavior of fruit trees in the face of climate change with the team's breeding program.
